S. Diggin’ – Episode 1

Welcome to S. Diggin’ Ep. 1 by Alex Black.

We dug deep into the Sonoton archives and found gold, jewels and riches so unheard of that we felt compelled to share them with the world. And what better way to do that than to throw an office party. We invited a few clients, friends and colleagues to our office and self-indulgently filmed a DJ set made up of Sonoton’s music, exquisitely selected by Alex Black. If Goldman Sachs think they’re the only company with a DJing CEO, we beg to differ!

The mix features original and edited, released and unreleased tracks from the past, present and future, interwoven with audio snippets of Mr Narholz reminiscing about the good old days and sharing some wisdom. You will find music from the likes of Jean Claude Madonne, John Charles Fiddy & Sammy Burdson, Mladen Franko, Claude Larson and Carmen Lundy.

Some of the unreleased music will see the light of day on the upcoming Diggin’ Sonoton by Delfonic – the follow-up to Vol. 1 by DJ Friction & Dexter and exclusive edits by the WotNot crew & DJ Friction will be released soon. But that’s not all. We found so much stuff that we are going to have regular S. Diggin’ parties all over the place. We will be inviting guest DJs and releasing a monthly video mix on YouTube.
