(REQUEST: "Cajun Shrimp") BAM! Or BANG! if Emeril annoys you as much as he does us. Funkier than Rosie's thong, this toe tappin', gator huntin', bead gatherin' piece puts you right on Bourbon Street in the middle of Mardi Gras. Accordion, spoons, a washboard and rhythm section instantly say "drunken, topless people are everywhere." This piece starts funky and really gets going @:14 with a double-time accordion feel. Has another section right @:31 that would be a good alternate intro leading to another variation on the theme @:48.
