(REQUEST: "Bingo on the Congo") The coolest theme music Donkey Kong never had. This track's Afro-funk fusion sounds something like tiny playing with a wee African rhythm section at the bottom of a slot machine. Cheesy Casio (circa 1981) blips at top signal fun, with funk guitar, congas, Chapman Stick and mbiras adding a jungle flavor. Takes a percussion break from :48 to :55 then comes back in all funky. Useful for kid's travel, making exotic places sound fun, and hurling barrels at that crazy Mario.
