Motivation and determination in a tough-sounding, swaggering, gritty Rap/Hip Hop track that features a male vocal that is so intent on succeeding that it'll probably fight its way onto other songs on the album. Vocal choir pads, acoustic piano and hand claps give a tense start to the cut with a forceful and driving male rap entering @:10 accompanied by brass stabs, ticking Trap hi-hats, drum machines, marching drum hits and Gospel-tinged female background vocals. The lyrics are all about self-determination and trying your best, making it great for sports, image spots, fitness and suggesting that nothing is impossible, except teaching a goldfish stenography. A breakdown @:31 features a variety of loopable beds, returning to the vocal @:55. Want more? The ALTERNATE RAP version features a longer, extended version of the rap-driven sections.

Swagger and dominance with a not-subtle subtext of female empowerment as this Hip Hop/Rap/Trap track features a female lead vocal built around the concept of getting mad and/or pushed to the edge and ready to remodel your face or light your ass up, which surprisingly mean the same thing and neither sounds fun. Trap-like drum machines/hi-hats and tuned electronic kick drums, sampled sax/brass hits and climbing synth bass create a tense bed for a fast and blustery vocal flow that delivers the rap in both a conspiratorial, intense whisper @:44 and a robotic, processed feel @1:02. A climbing synth pulsing @1:09 builds to a return to the full mix @1:21. Good for sports, highlight reels of insane stunts/fails, reality show brawls, explicitly warning people that you're losing your patience and reminding everyone that women can kill people too.

Attitudinal, growling evil/egotistical Hip Hop/Indie bluster that suggests a slow, unstoppable force, a coming new pandemic or the frustration of being a ninja exterminator, because you never can be sure they're all gone. Starting with an expectant, heartbeat-like, time-is-passing/"the record's stuck" metallic loop, @:10 the cut bursts into a dark, loping, threatening cavalcade of regret as a driving drum machine beat and hand claps create movement and a melodic swooping brass-like processed slide baritone guitar suggests catastrophe or fear. Various submixes start @:34 offering loopable, smaller mixes, including an isolated slide guitar/hand clapping section @1:09 which makes a good, attention-getting intro. Returns to the full mix @1:26. Good for sports, internet stalking, subtle swaggering bravado, toughness or when bad people do bad things to good people badly.

Remixed, tough-sounding, over-the-top bullfight music. Pre-game psych-up music that works as entrance music for football, basketball, wrestling, jousting or any sport where players enter majestically strutting, only to be later carried off the field in tiny, bloody pieces. Starts with retro-sounding brass fanfares and Hip Hop/Trap-tinged drum machines that open up @:05 with heavier drums, blatty lo-fi brass hits and distorted synth bass, giving the cut a tough-sounding edge and the sense that it wants to fight. Meandering analog synth arpeggios create a sense of curiosity while sliding electric guitars starting @1:18 suggest being aggressively out of control. Good for sports, confrontations, suggesting a street-wise grittiness and, being so over-the-top, it also works for satires/comedy.

Flamenco meets Hip Hop/R&B in this confident, sassy, female-empowering track with lyrics ("you got me mixed up with someone else... I'm going, going, gone") that remind us to memorize our partner's name, as calling someone "buddy," "pal" or "fellow citizen" during sex will usually result in bloodshed, not to mention the inability to identify your assailant to the police. Latin-tinged acoustic nylon guitar, drum machines, wooden percussion, hand claps and sliding synth bass create a snake-like, winding track beneath aggressively confident female vocals, making this cut perfect for breakups, infidelity, sexual tension, gender equality and, as reflected in the "nada, nada" refrain throughout, letting someone know you're over them.

Frustrated? Zoom meetings ruining your fight club? Dark, attention-getting bombastic Hip Hop/Trap insanity that suggests toughness, dangerous situations and aggressive, chest-pounding egotism and any word that ends in "-cide." Siren/alarm-like synth whoops, explosive hits, drum machines, ticking, Trap-like hi hats, low distorted bass notes and grunting vocal accents create disturbing dystopian musical carnage while a meandering lo-fi synth melody adds a layer of mystery and creepiness. A smaller, hazy, tech-gone-wrong section starting @:31 provides a great underscore for rapping or voiceover, returning to the overpowering drama @1:03. Good for sports, violent episodes, Horror, fear and comical amounts of ego/bluster.

Attitudinal, sexy, swagger-y and female-empowering vocal-driven Hip Hop/Rap cut where the lyrics include "I'm cold as ice" which, based on my experience, could be due to an iron deficiency, hypothyroidism or reverse menopause, so she should probably see a doctor. Built around a repeating Middle Eastern-sounding violin figure which gets bigger @:12, adding drum machines, finger cymbals, synth bass and processed rhythmic vocals. @:31 the cut disappears, slowly fading back in, which is kind of useless, we know. The mix returns with the vocals @:43. Good for suggesting toughness with a hint of sexuality, gender equality and sports-esque bravado.

Hip Hop swagger. Over-the-top, bluster-filled entrance music for when your team runs onto the field with fireworks exploding, cheerleaders cheering and quite possibly some landmines going off, leading to severe casualties. Splatty brass hits, marching band drums, Trap-tinged drum machines and pipe organ (sounds weird, but it works!) all create an expectant open that explodes into a brash uplifting celebration @:11 with a trombone/trumpet-driven melody adding synth bass and melodic "whoos" and percussive "hey" vocalizations. A quieter pipe organ break @:30 builds linearly back to the full, more vocal-driven mix @1:10 providing a variety of loopable beds in between. Great for sports (like football, boxing), image spots, unbridled egotism, victories and when your team manages to win a game without violating the Geneva Convention. Finally.

Dark, intense, dramatic Math Rock-like tension that linearly evolves from "I'm plotting to kill someone violently" into "hey, I'm violently killing someone!" Three separate builds start with low buzzy electronic kicks and edgy electric bass/guitars that add Hip Hop/Trap-like drum machines, chugging guitar/bass hits and swelling synth pads, creating sections that start in 7/4, then become 6/4, then 5/4 (etc) with escalating, pounding hits/explosions until huge climaxes @:28, @1:01 and @1:37 leave you breathless, especially if you're wearing a dry cleaner bag on your head. Good for boxing, MMA fighting, tense news, motorsports, intrigue and suggesting that someone's ass is due for a kicking.

There's nothing more wonderful than the sound of children singing unless they're distorted and calling for your death. This bouncy Pop-meets-Hip Hop/Trap track starts with overdriven recordings of chanting/singing school kids over a looped saxophone line, drum machines and synth bass that suggest something fun (or dangerous) is coming. The cut explodes @:11 with a horn hit, leading to a driving, aggressively active bed that only pauses @:29 for a bed of gritty electric bass and reverbed organ hits that builds back to the propulsive, hit-filled main mix @1:11. Good for sports, heists, suggesting World music-like anger or when daycare centers go to war.

Creepy, demented, mysterious and dreamy, this cut features calliope-like synths and lumbering Rock/Trap-esque drums to create an uncertain atmosphere that inspires questions like "what do I do if my grief counselor dies?" or "why is my fight club discussion board so empty?" Haunting, childlike water-drops of organ, tough-sounding acoustic drums, electronic kick drum and @:15, a time-stretched synth that provides a voice-like melody to suggest deranged bad guys, investigations, crimes, and almost comic levels of being unhinged. A kick drum-only break @:57 leads into a disorienting B-section that returns to the main theme/mix @1:18.

Confidence-building, inspirational, gritty and self-sure, this male vocal-driven Rap/Hip Hop/Trap cut motivates people to achieve their goals, and if they don't, this cut shows up and achieves the goals for them. Let's just hope their goal isn't to get pregnant. This slow, moody track starts with low electronic synth kick/bass and cloud-like synth pads behind a male vocal that says "rising," setting up a jump in intensity and size @:15 as drum machines, synths and a buzzy bass suggest optimism and hope while a Gospel-like choir sings the cut's chorus ("Rising. Gotta be rising. Put your head on the clouds. Aim it towards the horizon.") A church-type organ arpeggio @:38 ushers in a rap break that suggests trying harder and striving for greatness. The choir returns with an a cappella chorus @1:01 and a more majestic-feeling full mix @1:16 that adds low synths/orchestral brass. Works for sports/Olympics, instilling optimism/religious faith and seeing the positive, even in the darkest moments.

Glittery, determined, driving and Members-Only-jacket-wearing SynthPop that won't take "no" for an answer, probably because it asked what you thought of Neoclassical Egalitarianism. Pulsing, throbbing beds of analog synths, drum machines and swirling pads provide a glossy and deliberate background beneath a halting synth lead, suggesting glitzy nightlife, hi-end fashion, sports, growth/evolution and the unstoppable passage of time. Provides various subtle submixes throughout, like the two incredibly brief 6-second lead melody-free sections @:31 and @:50. Use this before Giorgio Moroder finds out we've cloned him.

Road rash for your ears. Brash, dangerous, in-your-face and abrasive Industrial Pop that can psych you up before the big game, deafen weaker opponents. Built around a huge, attention-getting distorted electric guitar-like hook, this cut angrily grinds forward using ticking drum machines, booming synth bass, electronic kick drums, guitar feedback (@:40) and the last tendrils of my patience. A short vocal "1-2-3" count @:18 ushers in the loudest, most aggressive section (also gets amped up @1:06) and would be great for investigations, sports bravado, being hunted by a Satanic cult or getting a mani-pedi by chainsaw.

1:39
Mysterious, nightmarishly sexy and haunting, this mid-tempo/slow cut feels like a Hip Hop/Trap cut from the 1920s but without the Diphtheria. Built around a circular, repeating calliope/flute-like sample, the cut has a dreamy, unreal quality as electric piano, synth bass, ticking hi-hats and drum machine create a backdrop against a delayed, radio-processed creepy-sounding male vocal rap ("Flow. I don't want it if ain't bad yeah. Just uh just uh put the money in the bag yeah. Just let it flow.") The middle of the cut provides various smaller vocal-free submixes, returning to the vocals/main mix @1:11. This darkly sensual hypnotic track would work for investigations, missing persons and demented thoughts, like asking Make-A-Wish if they'd kill someone for you as your last request.

Bass-driven, tight-pants-wearing Indie SynthRock/Pop swagger that suggests sports/NASCAR, intense competition, aggressive bravado and attention-seeking, brash "look at me" things like parkour and MMA (but in this case "mixed" means adding machetes and explosives). Starts with an introductory muted, filtered synth bassline and finger snaps that explode into a modernized yet 70s-tinged, driving mid-tempo Rock feel with drums, hand claps, swirling pads and a cocky, arrogant melody featuring synths/electric guitars/basses playing in unison with swirling guitar pads and synths. A breakdown @:29 introduces smaller mixes that return to the fuller mix @1:10.

Confident chaos. Sputtering, attitudinal and only mildly unable to control its drooling, this cut has mastered the "aggressive but not threatening" genre, making it good for stadium sports (football, futbol/soccer), amping up excitement, busy nightlife and when you force your voiceover talent to read while bull riding. This uptempo Hip Hop track chops up everything: crowds clapping/drums, pitched vocals and distorted marching band brass snippets to create disjointed but melodically/rhythmically catchy riffs. Combined with drum machines and electric bass, this cut gives anyone the overconfidence they need to be beaten horribly or be the first casualty at a normally non-dangerous sport.

Attitudinal confidence (in a late show theme song way) with a hint of mischievousness. A strutting, fedora-wearing, upbeat Funk/Blues/Rock track that suggests fun, celebrations and that people who co-author self-help books are sending a mixed message. Based around a driving acoustic drum beat, rhythmic electric guitar and an uplifting brass section, this cut is perfect for sports excitement, vacations, wholesome nightlife, getting naked (for sex, not for trying to get kicked out of an Uber) and a hint of female empowerment as atmospheric, delayed/reverbed female vocals start @:42 and continue throughout the rest of the piece.

Hip Hop/Trap-tinged sports toughness/mystery that suggests either two football teams are going to fight on the gridiron, or one team is going to methodically murder each player on the other team one-by-one. Boom-bap drum machines, staccato brass phrases, finger snaps, bell-like synths, flutes, synth bass, guttural vocal growls and amplified Rock organ suggest gritty city streets, various capital crimes and when someone eats with their mouth open so blatantly that no food actually gets swallowed. Gets most mysterious @:29 with ostinato bells, eerie synth pad and finger snaps, suggesting children have gone missing, then returns to the brass-driven action and competition @:40. Good for football/boxing, investigations, or satirizing/suggesting someone is taking themselves too seriously.

Full-on intimidation and swagger. Bass-heavy, muscular Trap with a dark, swirling hook and violent synth blasts. 808 bass and beats set the stage for a massive fight or when a card game of "War' suddenly becomes non-metaphorical. @:30 a time-passing section creates serious tension until, @:43, hazy voices and woozy guitars provide a shockingly trippy break, like visiting Panera on a combo of "shrooms and cough syrup. Aggressive horns come back in hard @:48 and the piece keeps punching "til the end, like the Energizer Bunny with anger issues. @1:21 sounds like you're ripping off your own face, which is only a thing in movies, as my plastic surgeon will be the first to tell you. Good for contact sports (MMA, wrestling, football, basketball, hockey, boxing), drama, dark investigations, or anything violent.

General badassery. An aggressive Hip Hop beat, tense clapping and a gritty synth bass coil around each other to create an ever-rising, churning, clenched fist of a cut. Think big explosions in the background while a tough guy calmly strolls through the foreground " who also explodes as we cut to a smirking, well-dressed woman holding a detonator while sipping wine poolside. Until her detonator explodes. This cut is constantly and unrelentingly stressful, building excitement in layers. Clapping and tense percussion right after :30 slowly escalate @:49, then pares down to synth bass and kick drum until @1:10 when it goes in for the kill. Works for dramas, contests, sports, fights, thrillers and investigations.

Dusty, gritty and sophisticated with a hint of danger, suggesting that tensions could rapidly burst into flame at any moment, like a smoking jacket made from celluloid. Opens with a dusty, Latin-tinged sample that sounds like it was first recorded to a partially-melted wax cylinder buried in a saguaro for 90 years. Synth stabs, trap beats and 808 bass modernize the track, with an energy bump @:22. Break after :30 provides a longer vintage open to contrast with the shininess. Perfect for showdowns, comeuppances, faceoffs, sports (especially boxing), contests, Westerns, anachronistic reimaginings, reality shows and revenge.
